  • When you join our email list: your email address, and your name if you give it.

  • When you create a bsport account: your name, contact details, date of birth and emergency contact.

  • As you book and buy: your bookings, purchases and payment history.

  • On your intake form: your health answers and your hands-on cueing preference.

  • When you pay: card payments are handled by bsport's payment processor. Earthbound does not see or store your full card number.

  • To show our ads on Facebook and Instagram and to see how they perform.

  • bsport, which runs our booking, payments and email, under its contract with us and its own privacy policy.

  • Our website host, Hostinger.

  • Google, which provides our website analytics and tag management.

5. Your choices
  • Unsubscribe from marketing email with the link in any email.

  • Update your account details in bsport at any time.

  • Change how Meta uses your activity for ads in your Facebook or Instagram ad preferences.

  • Ask us to see or delete your information. We'll keep only what we need to keep, like signed waivers and agreements.

6. How we protect it

We use reasonable security for the information we keep, and we require bsport and our other providers to protect it too. If your personal information is ever exposed, we'll tell you as Maryland law requires.
