3. Bookings and purchases. Bookings and purchases happen in bsport and follow Earthbound's Terms and Conditions and terms of use, which you accept when you create your bsport account.

4. Our content. The text, photos, video, logo and design on this site belong to Earthbound or are used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them without Earthbound's written permission.

5. Other sites. Links to other sites are for convenience. Earthbound does not control those sites and is not responsible for them.

6. The site as it is. Earthbound keeps the site accurate and working as best it can but cannot promise it is always error-free or available.
